Having built the mold, here we are at the molding phase of the handle. A fundamental step where only raw materials that are 100% Italian are used.
The process begins by cutting the brass bar to size, sectioned in various diameters according to the final product to be produced.

Every single piece is heated in an oven at a temperature of 600-800°C, a modern technique that, compared to die-casting, produces a final product that is qualitatively superior and longer lasting.

The elements are then positioned inside the mold where they are forged by powerful presses that in a few seconds shape the handle.

Once cooled, the products are finished using special shearing molds.

In this way all excess brass parts are removed and the handle starts to take on the final appearance that will be further refined throughout the entire machining process.
